We support and motivate each other creating a sense of camaraderie like no other. Our sessions are tough but fun and most importantly, we're all in it together whatever your goal. Our instructors might shout occasionally but only ever words of encouragement and they're far from terrifying, trust us!
Our bootcamp sessions combine boxing, weights, cardio and other equipment such as ropes, sleds and tyres. Every session is different so you'll never get bored, only fitter and stronger.

All sessions are hard work, challenging and fun, but Rosie always adapts exercises to your level of fitness or to address any injuries. The group are really supportive and always very friendly.
